We recommend using a whetstone for optimal results. Start with a 1000 grit stone for regular maintenance, then finish with a higher grit for polishing. For those less comfortable with whetstones, a quality honing rod works well for daily touch-ups. Avoid electric sharpeners as they can damage the blade's edge geometry. We offer free sharpening workshops for customers in select locations.

All Wakoli knives come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers any issues with materials or craftsmanship under normal kitchen use. Our warranty guarantees that your knife's blade will remain free from structural failures and the handle will stay securely attached. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, or damage from dishwashers. Simply contact us with proof of purchase if you encounter any covered issues.
